Thailand-Myanmar jointly organized three historic events in Dawei
On 6th November 2014, Dhammakaya Foundation and the Bhikkhu Sangha of Myanmar organized three historic events in the city of Dawei, Myanmar: alms-offering ceremony to 3,000 monks and novices; pilgrimage by 1,000 monks and novices; and a lantern lighting ceremony in homage to the Lord Buddha.

It started from the registration and conversation of international Buddhist monks. The international monks who came to the temple included ones from Thailand, America, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
Ceremony to Place Marker Spheres to Establish the Sacred Boundary of Wat Phra Dhammakaya Bavaria
It started on May 23rd, 2015 through the chanting of the Buddha’s Mantra and Tijeevaravippavasa led by Most Venerable Phraprommethi, the committee member and spokesperson of the Supreme Sangha Council, and the monastic assembly in order to purify the temple and the land.
