What I received from Meditation
I had a strong feeling that I'd gain a lot of benefits from meditation and what I thought was right. From the very first moments I was there, I felt unbelievable joy and did not feel any worries. Being a part of this meditation program has been such an amazing experience.
Selling Poverty
My brother in law had kidney failure, but he did not want to have treatment because he wanted to save money to make donations for the kathin ceremony at the hometown temple. He said that my sister wanted to make a donation for this kathin ceremony but she died before she could do it. He was afraid that when he wanted to make a donation, he would also die before having the opportunity. Why is it so difficult to make this merit? "You can see that we have to make merit quickly. We should not wait."

ที่ก้าวเข้าสู่วัดพระธรรมกาย เพราะอาชีพนักข่าว คือ ในปี 2542 ลูกได้รับคำสั่งให้มาทำข่าวที่วัดพระธรรมกาย ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศที่ซีเรียส จริงจัง เพราะในช่วงนั้นวัดมีประเด็นข่าวด้านลบหลายเรื่อง ให้เป็นที่สงสัยของประชาชน สื่อต่างๆ ทั้งทาง โทรทัศน์ วิทยุ และหน้าหนังสือพิมพ์ จึงลงข่าวอย่างต่อเนื่องติดต่อกันหลายเดือน
I was introduced to the Dhammakaya Temple because of my occupation as a journalist. I was asked to do a news report on the Dhammakaya Temple. The atmosphere during that time was very serious because there were many negative news reports against the temple. It seemed suspicious to people.
Oh! A Miracle
There was news critical of the temple. There were claims that the temple had shot a laser beam towards the sun. Hearing this claim made me laugh. It was impossible. If the temple had been able to do this, why did they not enable me to view it? I was at the event but I did not see anything.
Cock-fight
He watched a special report in DMC about the closedown of a cock-fight gambling den in Saraburi province. This made he think of his father who liked to collect the Buddha images, gambled cock-fight and watched Thai-boxing because his dad was a boxer. What retributions caused his father to be sick and went in and out of the hospital for 5 years? What retributions caused him to have eye surgery, cirrhosis, vomit blood-clots, hiccup with the sound “cock-a-doodle-doo”, and difficulty in eating and drinking water?
Who are the wise ones that we should associate with and what is the good thing of associating with the wise people?
the Lord Buddha taught us not to associate with the fools, and we should associate with only the wise ones. Who are the wise ones that we should associate with and what is the good thing of associating with the wise people?
If we have to eliminate unsuitable candidates on what do we base this decision?
